Right of Return for 365 Days

You have a right to return ordered items within 365 days. Up to 14 days from delivery we offer a free return for most of the orders, but exceptions may apply.

If a return is requested between 15 and 365 days after delivery, the customer bears the return costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be used within 360 days. Please note that in this case, only brand-new, unused, and unassembled products in their original packaging can be returned. Bathtubs, whirlpools, and hot tubs cannot be returned after 14 days from the delivery.

Procedure

Our goal is to make this service as easy and uncomplicated as can be. To make sure that it goes smoothly, please follow these few simple steps.

Please contact our customer support at 0221 6778 9927 or [email protected], make sure to provide your order number. It will be extremely helpful if you provide the reason for your return so that we can improve our offer for our customers.

Unused and undamaged goods can be returned free of charge, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase within 7 working days.

For business customers and customers who did not keep the original packaging, return costs must be covered and appropriate packaging provided.

Please note that certain products, such as bathtubs, whirlpools, and hot tubs, cannot be returned free of charge. Other exceptions may also apply, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Before returning the goods, please contact our Customer Service Department to generate a return number. Shipments without a return number affixed will not be accepted.
